On January 27, 2012, (nee O’Drain) of Runnemede, NJ. Age 58 yrs.  Dear wife of Benjamin C. Calcott, Jr. Loving mother of Benjamin C. Calcott III and Lisa Ellen Pagan. Cherished grandmother of Elizabeth and Eric Pagan, and was a devoted and compassionate friend to many. Lisa was active in Holy Child Parish and loved working with children in the Runnemede School system for many years. On January 8, 2012 of Audubon, NJ, age 63.  He is the beloved husband of Donna E. (nee Rippman).  Jack was an Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam Conflict.  He was the recipient of 2 Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet Monday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, with Jack’s Memorial Service beginning 3:00 PM at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ.  Interment will be private and held at the convenience of his family.

On January 7, 2012, (nee Hesington) of Berwyn, PA, formerly of Oaklyn, NJ. Age 84 years.  Beloved wife of the late Louis J. DiGiacomo,  survived by her Son, John L. DiGiacomo ,daughter Kathleen Marie McCloskey and her treasured husband J. Dennis McCloskey, she is further survived by her Granddaughters Kelley Lanyi and husband William, Kate Evans, Grandson Keith McCloskey and his wife Yeva, Great Granddaughters Kylie Kathleen Evans and Savannah Joy Lanyi.  “Marge” was a beloved Mother, homemaker; Graduate of Audubon High School and tireless worker for the American Red Cross blood drives and the Daylesford Abbey, The Norbertine Seminary for Roman Catholic Priests and Brothers.  Friends and relatives are invited to meet for a viewing from 7 -9 PM on Wednesday January 11th and again from 10:30 -11:30 Thursday morning, January 12th at the Creran Funeral Home- 400 Whitehorse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ .  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 PM at St. Aloysius, R.C. Church, 37 W. Haddon Avenue, Oaklyn, NJ. James Aloysius (Jim)

Passed away peacefully at his home on January 5 2012, he was 84 years old.  Beloved husband of Joan (nee McParland), loving father of Peggy Getts (Brian) of Riverside, Frederick C. Spratt of Sicklerville, Jolene Cinaglia and Gregory Spratt, both of Cherry Hill.  Dear grandfather of Deanna Reynolds (Doug), Michael DeFranco (Nichole), Shari Spratt (Matt Wakeley) and Frederick T. Spratt, and great grandfather of Michelle, Marguerite, Caitlin, Chaela, Sophia, Mea and Connor.  A resident of Cherry Hill for 45 years, Jim was a 1944 graduate of Haddon Heights High School.  Upon graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy where he proudly served during World War II as an Aviation Mechanic.  After an honorable discharge he began a career as a banker that spanned almost 40 years.  He was employed by First Camden National Bank & Trust, Heritage Bank and retired as Senior Vice President in charge of Consumer Credit from Midlantic Bank in 1989.  Jim was a long time member of Indians Spring Country Club where in 1997 he “aced” the 15th hole.  He was a proud Irishman, avid reader and devoted family man.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and again Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ. died peacefully on December 4, 2011 (nee Hagy) at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Robert H. Houser, loving mother of Kathleen Humphrey (David) and Steven Houser (Beth), cherished grandmother of Heather, Jennifer, Ellie and Emily, and great grandmother of Briana, Kameryn, Lottie, John and Colby and dear sister of C. Newton Hagy, Jr. Mrs. Houser grew up in Oaklyn NJ and lived in Magnolia NJ for 50 years and was a former long time teacher for the Barrington School System. For the past 3 years she has lived in Fort Washington PA. Mrs. Houser’s family will receive friends from 9 to 11 at the Creran Funeral Home, 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ with Funeral Services to follow 11:00am.  Interment Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.  There will be no evening viewing.  In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations in Ruth’s name be made to Fort Washington Estates, 735 Susquehanna Road, Upper Dublin PA, 19034

Suddenly on December 1, 2011 of Deptford, NJ, age 1 year.  He was the beloved son of  Stephen and Jen Joseph (nee Malandro), dear brother of Luca and Mia.  Cherished grandson of Jean and Joseph Malandro and Carolyn and Bill Joseph, and great grandson of Alice Malandro,  Carolyn and George Joseph and Lillian Black, loved nephew of Joseph (Jennifer) Malandro, and Ashley and Jimmy Knox dear godson of Jennifer Malandro and Marc DiValerio and numerous other great aunts, uncles and cousins.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet Tuesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 64 Cooper Street, Woodbury, NJ.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM with interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.  There will be no evening visitation.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, OAKLYN, NJ

Ronald John

On November 26, 2011, of Oaklyn, NJ.  Age 73 yrs..  Beloved husband of Mary E. (nee Conner)  Dear brother of Edward Holak (Janet) and Bernadette Wiercioch (Joseph) and brother and sister in laws James and Carole Conner.  He was also the cherished uncle of 8 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.  Ron was a 1956 graduate of St. Joseph’s High School and a member of the Reunion Committee.  He has been a member of St. Aloysius Church for 43 years and a former member of the Parish Council.  Ron had coached the Whitman Park Little League, the Oaklyn Little League during the 70’s and 80’s and also coached the St. Aloysius CYO Basketball team.  Ron was a DRPA retiree, a member of the PACC, a 76ers fan and loved crabbing and spending time at the Whippoorwill Campground in Marmora.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 9:00pm  and again from 9:30 to 10:30am Thursday morning at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00am at St. Aloysius Church 37 W.
